Sprint - Tuesday, August 1

The Sprint competition will be held on Tuesday, August 1 in Mindeparken in the central part of Aarhus. The qualification is scheduled from 09.00 to 10.50 with 3 qualification heats from which the 15 best participants in each heat advances to the final where the field then will consist of 45 competitors. The finals will be run between 16.50 and 18.00.
 Mindeparken is described as a an open grass areas with scattered vegetation, large building complexes connected with a number of sports arenas , and areas of open coniferous forest. The Sprint will be run on a map scale of 1:4000 and the course planner is Torbjørn Gasbjerg.
